FUN FACTS

• Drummer Tim is an avid ‘extra’. He has appeared in Poldark, The Sandman and was once a driving double for Alex Lawther. He will also appear in the new Doctor Who. So keep your eyes pealed!

• Formed in Bath, UK.

• Just as the name suggests, the act is made up of three brothers, William, Ollie and Timothy Walter.

• Favourite place on planet earth: 'Probably backstage at a show 30 seconds before go time, the room empties out, it’s just the three of us about to tread the boards together. The feeling of running headfirst into the unknown as a collective is the real pull, it’s addictive, it’s the reason we do what we do'.

'Gasoline' the new single by The Family Rain, is the perfect blend of vintage Rock and roll and alt rock. The classic guitar sound, fuzzy pounding bass line, pulsating beat and raw 'in your face' vocal is a winning combination.

Listening to the track is a little bit like floating back to a major music festival in the heyday of The Rolling Stones. The band really captured that electric atmosphere in their recording.

With any luck The Family Rain will set this down as one of the festival anthems to remember this coming summer. The easy to pick up crowd-pleasing melodies and big riffs, should have the people going in no time!
