FUN FACTS

  •  Maudlin Strangers started life as a solo project in 2010.

  •  The band went on a hiatus in 2016, only to return in 2023 with a new lineup.

  •  Previously supported LANY.

  •  Favourite place on planet earth: 'Most likely Los Angeles'.

I've always been a fan of big riffs and hard hitting drums. Maudlin Strangers new single 'Don't Worry, I'm Fine' hits the spot perfectly.

The song is a brilliant back drop for a late night indie rock drive. The anthemic well performed chorus will have you singing along in no time and the massive guitar sound will satisfy your speakers.

There is an unmistakable touch of Arctic Monkeys in 'Don't Worry, I'm Fine', in particular 'Why'd Do You Only Call Me When You're High' comes to mind. Having said that, Maudlin Strangers make it their own with some cheeky indie disco guitar riffs, edgy production and some very cool synth work. The band is well worth checking out!
