The snow has melted here in Scotland and strong gale force winds have started to make way to warm blue skies and gentle spring days.

'The Silence' is the latest release from LANKS. It's perfectly fitting for the calming weather and wonderfully quiet mornings here.

​

A fragile, soothing and emotive vocal performance leads the listener right from the outset. The vocal is surrounded by stirring strings and gentle guitar picking, that swells and slowly builds into a stunning finish. 

​

'The Silence' is one of the most beautiful songs that I've heard so far this year. It comes on the back of many successful releases and projects from a clearly talented artist. I think that 2021 will be a big and well-deserved year for LANKS.
